No visitors today, so we could catch up on being tourists. We went round the Maritime Museum during the morning and booked a visit to Liverpool's 'Old Dock' - the first commercial wet dock ever built. This visit was actually the highlight of the day, with out two tour guides more like scouse comedians than archaeologists. The dock is beautifully preserved underground beneath the Liverpool One development.
