These are the voyages of Ken, Annie and dog Peggy. As we cruise we will try and keep the blog up-to-date - internet access permitting of course. Ceilidh is a 54ft cruiser style narrowboat. It was built by J Pinder Ltd for Black Prince hire boats in 1995.

6th August - Sandford Lock to Christ Church Meadow, Oxford
Lady woke everyone at 6am but it wasnt until 10.45 that we set off for the short trip into Oxford. Got a great mooring opposite Christ Church Meadow just downstream of Folly Bridge. Colin and Anne went into Oxford to investigate catching the train into London tomorrow so they can watch the Oympic Triathlon in Hyde Park.
